Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is an established, gated community located on US 27 on one of the more prestigious golf courses in central Florida.
The development is located very close to a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and malls and within Walt Disney World located just a 15 minute drive away, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure, Wet n Wild and Sea World are within a 25 minute drive - the location is second to none. There are many activities for you to enjoy while in Southern Dunes, from the renowned golf course, club house and bar, communal swimming pool, children's playground, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts and a supermarket open 24 hours.
The homes will have either three, four, five or six bedrooms and at least two full bathrooms, one being ensuite to the master bedroom. Each home will be fully equipped and will feature a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all glassware, crockery, all linens and towels. You can obtain extra towels and linen, if required upon arrival for an extra charge. The homes are either one or two storey (to be requested at the time of reservation) and will have a minimum of one lounge and living area with the larger homes having two lounge areas. Within the lounge will be a colour cable TV, with a DVD or video player and one other TV will be in the master bedroom. The master bedroom will normally have a queen size bed and then the other bedrooms will either have double or twin beds in.
The outside area will have patio furniture for you to relax on and of course the swimming pool. These can be heated (not June - Sept) and must be requested at the time of reservation.
