Indian Point is a residential development just half a mile from US 192 (Kissimmee) and just four miles from Walt Disney World and within a 25 minute drive of Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet n Wild to name a few. A perfect location to explore the theme parks, yet relax in a quiet location after a busy day around them. The development is well established and set in a beautiful wooded area with a lake as the central point.
There are numerous restaurants, shops, malls and bars all within a few minutes drive.
The homes will have either three, four, five or six bedrooms and at least two full bathrooms, one being ensuite to the master bedroom. Each home will be fully equipped and will feature a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all glassware, crockery, all linens and towels. You can obtain extra towels and linen, if required upon arrival for an extra charge. The homes are either one or two storey (to be requested at the time of reservation) and will have a minimum of one lounge and living area with the larger homes having two lounge areas. Within the lounge will be a colour cable TV, with a DVD or video player and one other TV will be in the master bedroom. The master bedroom will normally have a queen size bed and then the other bedrooms will either have double or twin beds in.
The outside area will have patio furniture for you to relax on and of course the swimming pool. These can be heated (not June - Sept) and must be requested at the time of reservation.
