Hampton Lakes although newer than some, is a well established community three miles from Kissimmee with its variety of restaurants, bars and shops, and ten miles from Walt Disney World. It offers you a perfect place to relax, but also be handy for Orlando's exciting attractions. The homes have either three, four, five or six bedrooms or at least two full bathrooms, one en suite to the master bedroom. Each home is fully equipped and features a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all glassware, crockery, all linens and towels. You can get extra towels and linen on arrival for an extra charge if you want. The homes are either one or two storey and you can request which you would prefer when you speak to us. Each has a minimum of one lounge and living area with the larger homes having two lounge areas. Within the lounge is a colour cable TV, with a DVD or video player and there’s one other TV in the master bedroom, just in case! The master bedroom normally has a queen size bed and the other bedrooms either have double or twin beds. The outside area has patio furniture for you to relax on and of course the swimming pool. These can be heated (not June - Sept) which must be requested at the time of reservation!
